"We have to go or not that is the question. we live next to it and we have a lot of hesity. Indeed this restaurant with all the features of the bobo piege: one of the fooding magazines, pointu concept, trendy clientele. .this is the problem that this type of establishment poses: we go out at the restaurant in the evening to have a good time and eat well. The rest is just superflux. User-friendliness can be: you call to book and entry to the game we explain that you will have to have finished for the second service at 9:15: as first approach we have seen more user-friendly at the scheduled time we are well accustomed that I have been well-accurated and we are placed on a table. We are given the cards and we are let out of sight we will come back to you to find out if you need help then we ask you if you have chosen: short a service precissed, however, you must not confuse precison and precipitation. Sometimes it seems that the famous countdown of 21:15 is enclanché (and yet we are on the edge and the restaurant is empty half) with this approach one can fear the days of peaks. We order and arrive after an aperitif the entries always served by these very friendly servers. very good entry, however lightly salted but really good very good can the dish consisting of a poular of potatoes returned, some kind of soup peas and chili and a salad that seems excelent but very well salted (decisively I love salt but it is immangeable limit)The rest is very well notably the poularde and apples of the land. the soup with pepper is not bad but without a large gustative interet because too spicy (decidement)The choice of dessert is limited (two dishes) but very well. the two glasses of wine are relevant and excel with the mealconclusion: in preamble message for the chef: the kitchen it gets sucked before sending the plates in the room. seasonings are clearly uncontrollable and to be reviewed.
