"This is in our opinion the best HOME MADE pasta shop in this area Chiavari, Lavagna, Sestri Levante). You can buy here excellent ravioli, tortellini, trofie the typical Ligurian pasta and delicious sughi pasta sauces) from the characteristic pesto the basil and garlic sugo) to the unsurpassed seafood sauce which will be a treat served with 'trofie ' for friends coming to dinner. If you come to the area do not miss it!!! Do also not forget to buy the big 'ravioli verdi ' to eat simply with olive oli and grated Parmesan cheese. Mmmmm better than going to a restaurant ..... enjoy!"

Apparently in order to be able to buy food you need to monitor the moods of the chef. A customer wanting to order potatoes croquettes for the day after, had to hear that it depended on the mood of the chef on the next morning. When the chef was asked whether potatoes croquettes would be on tomorrow's menu, he replied with a dry NO to the astonished customer's face! This is so typical locals' unfriendly attitude towards customers.

Quando la passione incontra la curiosità e la precisione non puoi che arrivare a risultati eccellenti.Conosco questo luogo da decenni eppure riesce sempre a stupirmi.Nel weekend di sabato e domenica ottobre ho asportato e apprezzato dell'ottima paella, delle verdure ripiene (cipolle, zucchine e peperoni), tiramisù, catalana vip, polpo e patate, trofie al pesto, pansoti alle noci, insalata russa, vitello tonnato. Ho anche preso gli involtini di verza e scorte di ragù di mare e sugo allo scrofano per sopravvivere al periodo di chiusura del locale. Bravi bravissimi.
