"beautiful location on the hills above board, immersed in olive trees. really exquisite cuisine of the chef paolo pass, great care and attention to raw materials, you really feel. beautiful presentations and tasteful tryout. spectacular ravioli back with herb, the spaghettoni at the Ragù di daino, the cotolette of shrimps with mayonnaise of the house. the bread made in the whole house to the nuts, seemed a warm panettone just baked from how good it was. sweets, paolo cake and eclair with a lemon cream, never eaten so fresh and good. We celebrated a birthday and found the table of daisies and decorations and offered us a delicious dessert with candlestick. What to say. Thank you very much. We were fine and we'll remember this evening. Hopefully soon."

as always chef paolo pass never forgets! we have found that the quality of food and service improve from year to year. excellent the first especially the mentioned ravioli backache, delicious desserts. I recommend to try also the amazing lavender cocktail! prices are right and however in line with the quality of food, we will definitely return.

not so much a farm as a fine restaurant with rooms with magnificent views of the Ligurian hills (in which it is set) and the coast. the chef and the owner plays his rolls skillfully and creatiw. we had to start the refreshing, freshly caught amberjack ceviche, followed by another home-specificity, homemade ravioli filled with crumbs from the garden and pecorino and Parmesan cheese, with tamed, fresh tomato. our main was another Bilaia special, the roasted, baked gamberi, “cotoletta” style, perfectly cooked. we chose a simple Ligurian house vermentino, which will accompany our dishes beautifully. beautiful romantic environment at night with light sparkles in every direction.

dine in a house just above the board with views of the coast and the valley also outdoor under a beautiful illuminated pergola. The arrival through the streets that climb up the hill once you find a parking lot you access this place welcomed by the warmth of the chef and the very kind staff. We opted for the menus, which present the best of the chef's cuisine with fried shrimps, branzino with maracuia sauce and then the wonderful ravioli of backache that enhance the palate with flavors of herbs. To close the rabbit to the ligure . excellent also the homemade bread. I would say honest prices for the proposed kitchen and the beautiful location. Congratulations to all the staff.
