Lovely setting after a walk over Tower Bridge. Food was nice but what disappointed me most was the hostility of the staff or should I just say plain rude. It costs nothing to smile and be polite ...

Great location right near the Tower Bridge. The food was quick and delicious. I had a Croque Monsieur and the Salmon Quiche. The quiche was ok, but the sandwich was fantastic. Finished off with a giant Palmier cookie.

We had an impromptu visit here for lunch while we were in the area. The views were great and it was nice to be able to sit outside too. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was tasty. Definitely glad we gave it a try! View menu

Excellent location with wonderful views of Tower Bridge from both the outside tables and inside (especially the bar area by the window). Paul makes consistently good French pastries and sandwiches, although they are a little on the pricey side.

Called on a busy Saturday afternoon, having said that where ISN'T busy in London on a Saturday? Don;t think the staff coped that well, lots drinks missed off various orders. They are nice enough though but it's very cramped inside and I wouldn't rush back. Toilets require separate review!

This was a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee and the superb cakes on offer. Would have preferred a china cup, but current circumstances dictate. The summer obviously allowers the bakers to flourish and the cakes using fresh strawberries were superb. Credit too to the staff keeping the outside terrace clean and inviting. View menu

This restaurant has a lovely view of the London Bridge. They offer refreshing iced teas and juices, as well as a selection of delicious desserts from a well-known bakery chain from France. The freshly baked bread and pastries are also a hit, with the canelés (pastries with rum and vanilla) being a standout item on the menu.

During a day sightseeing in London we got off a boat at Tower Gateway. We decided to pop into Paul’s for a snack and was extremely surprised at the choice of sandwiches/cakes and importantly very reasonable prices. Despite it being a busy tourist area we found an outside table. Staff were friendly as well. Excellent value for money.

Yesterday evening, we stopped by the restaurant just before 6:30pm while waiting to board a boat at Tower Pier. My partner ordered a croque monsieur, which was average, and I had a mozzarella and pesto olive roll, which was also just okay. However, what was unsettling was the staff's eagerness to clean floors and clear tables in preparation for closing time, which was still an hour and a half away. They seemed more focused on closing up than serving customers, which didn't create a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. View menu
