"I placed an order on Just Eat, only to be left disheartened when it never arrived. Upon contacting the restaurant for clarification, I encountered a distressing level of discourtesy and aggression from the individual handling the inquiry. Disregarding my attempts to clarify the situation, they accused me of lying and even resorted to calling me offensive names. They have claimed that ‘a friend’ has collected my order. Firstly, why would I place an online order for delivery if someone is going to collect it? The location tracker indicated it was 10 minutes away, then suddenly marked as delivered. The staff over the phone began shouting and repeatedly called me a liar and thief. Another staff member took the phone and continued to shout at me, hurling rude names. This is unacceptable. As a regular customer who frequently orders from multiple Pepe's locations, I found the manner in which I was spoken to utterly unacceptable. I have lodged a significant complaint regarding this issue. The treatment I received as a customer is not acceptable in any establishment. Calling me offensive names and accusing me of lying is unprofessional. I hope the calls were recorded. Just Eat will address each person who spoke to me in this manner."

The food was amazing as usual with lots of chicken and sauce and loads of chips too. The Delivery Driver was great delivering my food in the pouring rain so that I didn't have to go out.... :

I've visited this place quite a lot. Last time I visited it took a while to get my burger meal,I thought it was an isolated case. Today,u came again for my burger meal, ans its taking around 20minutes. Not acceptable time for a fast-food.

Absolutely horrible , I ordered a hot chicken burger like I always do and was given a plain chicken burger instead and when I tried to get a refund the Just Eat worker told me I can’t get a refund because there is nothing wrong with my order when I literally sent pictures as proof to show I ordered something to what I have been given . The staff member Abdulalem and abdulraheem: is very good, his customer service is amazing, he is polite and helpful to customers and recommends food to new customers! The food is very nice, the chicken is freshly made, nice and tender. Me and the missus go to Pepe's twice a week after the gym because of the staff mentioned above, amazing customer service. DELICIOUS!!!!!!

The worst chicken wings ive had in my life. Extremely raw and very undercooked. The chicken came pink and raw. I feel sick to my stomach and i cannot complain more about how bad the chicken was delivered!! Do not recommend at all, do not order at all! When we called to complain they said we didn't order from them, they couldn't locate our order. Worst place and worst service ever!!
