"the petrichor in the cavendish hotel is one of the strangest restaurants that I have experienced all year round. now they continue reading through my too boring and monotonous writing style and they will find out. the restaurant petrichor is located in the first floor of the cavendish hotel in piccadilly, right behind fortnum and mason. they completely filled the breakfast today. if they sign the charge before they dinate, then they don't seem so much to care!

Wonderful spending an afternoon tasting wines here. Staff genuinely interested in wine and thier customers. Most impressed how they have achieved a decent atmosphere here despite being right in the middle of the store.

the meat was cooked in the inner slightly pink and was tender, juicy and plentiful. the crispy pink tannenkartoffels were wrapped in speck and served on a bed sweet roasted swirl with spinach, lardons and the most delicious red wine sauce.

petrichor, pronounced PET-ri-kuhr is a surprisingly good restaurant that they may not know about the view of fortnum mason in piccadilly, st James’s. the 2 aa rosette restaurant is located in the first floor of the cavendish hotel and offers local ingredients from British farms and producers. We had a very nice and friendly waitress. She was patient with us, described the meals and so funny! The food took pretty long, But it was very good. A bit expensive though but for London ok i guess. It is a small Restaurant and the Tables are squeezed next to each Other. It is a bit uncomfortable because you have to move your Chair if the waitress needs to Go by. It looks nice though.

Quite an elegant and fun place layout with, a good array of wine flights and a more than decent wine by the glass option. As soon as I walked in with no reservation Anabel made me feel at home with her particular English accent and that sparkle she has. I had a superb cheeseboard with the selection of your choice and the top-rated flight which was marvellous. She went above and beyond to make the best of my experience, was very knowledgeable and professional, definitely an asset to the company. If you are looking for a place to enjoy wine and appetisers, It's not a place to be missed, I'd highly recommend it.
