I left on a croc-caviar (mozzarella/caviar leaf) I found it very good but some salad leaves would have been a plus, just the croc and some salaisons it’s a little just...My wife left on an egg with the caviar hull, very good but just a mouthful! we continued with slices of salmon and blinis: delicious with cream and lemon (plus caps would have been a plus). We were tempted to dessert by the chocolate pie that is very good. good we like it but it’s for a little hunger because very little accompaniment...The service and speed are impeccable."

While passing through Paris in May, I had lunch at the Petrossian boutique in Courcelles. The team is welcoming and warm. I ordered eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. It was exquisite. Great experience, I recommend.
