The chefs should be able to offer a few more dishes, even at such a high level of attention to detail. The prices were also quite high. Excellent service, Mo and Angelo were excellent servers. Food presentation was brilliant, food flavor was good but but fell short of the $500 check. Ambience was good. Overall good experience. However, I will pay this much for Alain Ducas not for Petrus.
