Pretty good restaurant with a menu that includes both Italian and international kind of courses. Waiters are Italians and very kind. The location is in the central square of Ohringen, which is very nice. View menu

Very enjoyable meal sat out in the sunshine on a balmy evening in early August. Excellent mezzo plate to start followed by two large pizzas and a chocolate and strawberry calazone. Reasonably priced drinks and attentive waiting staff.

Looking for some other than "german" lunch we stumbled (though located centrally on the market square one hardly can overlook it) across Piazza Mediterrane. What a nice surprise! We had perfectly cooked lamb from the daily lunch menu at a very, very decent price. Nice setting, good service - so we forgot all about the rain outside.

I did come for second time together with my team persons), all of us was more then satisfied and i think is not easy to thank different tastes but they easily managed that !The stuff is verry friendly and with one smile they...make you enjoy more, the foods are delicious, the deserts and the drinks that they recommended to us was just perfect ! We joined family for an evening meal and was really pleasantly surprised...... Location is great in the centre of town adjoining the square and plenty of space to make one feel comfortable. Starter of deep fried feta with tomato marmalade was amazing as was the...carpacchio. Pizzas were a generous size and a wide variety of toppings are available. Risotto was amazing. Desserts to die for include the calzone with Nutella to be shared and Florentina..... Overall a brilliant night and one to remember to return to.

Visited this restaurant with 2 colleagues recently, after stumbling upon it looking for a place to eat fairly late in the evening. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming and we were seated in a quiet part of the restaurant.We all opted for the antipasti starter which was a large plate of peppers, Parma ham, humous, and what I believe was ricotta with red pepper. It was delicious.The main course was a lamb platter, which comprised of lamb steak strip, 2 lamb chops and a saddle of lamb. Accompanied by vegetables and roast potatoes. This is a lovely restaurant smack dab in the middle of the main square of Ohringen. There are 2 sections to it, one to the left as you walk in, looking a bit fancier, and the other on the right, apparently more casual-bigger tables, no tablecloths. But, we were seated on the right, which was the "right" choice for us, as it had no children. This was the evening of the fest of the Ganz Festival in this duck-crazy part of Germany. Many restaurants were closed, as not only was there a fest during the day, but it was also a Sunday.
