"We have been there last Monday because I saw it during my last Berlin visit and did not have time then to go there. First we were sitting in the lounge area next to the beach area, there were no Menus on the tables and no staff member came there for about 10mins. So we changed to the outside area close to the bar where other guests were sitting and they had something to drink and eat, so that area was served. I am not sure anymore if the menu was on the table or if we had to wait for it. It took quite long until the waitress asked us for our order and he seemed to be very annoyed when we ordered. We only ordered cocktails as the prices for food were too high in our eyes. E.G. Currywurst with fries 9,90€. My cocktail was cheaper. There was one table close to ours where the waitress did not allow people to use. While we were there 4-5times somebody sat down there and the waitress came and said that they have to take another table. I did not hear the reason for it but he said it in a rude way. If you don't want a table to be used, do a sign on it that there is reservation or so. When we got the receipt there was an info on it that they love tip and one of the other tables paid the waitress explained them that tip is not included. In other countries it is different, there tip is sometimes included, but to inform people like that is so rude. Tip is something you get for good and friendly service. To demand it like that is disrespectful. Serve your guests good and you will get tip.Nevertheless the cocktails were good and the location is amazing. For perfect theming the staff could be dressed a bit like pirates, a hat or so would help."
