"I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. I went up to the counter to order coffee and buy a cookie for my child, but I was completely ignored. There was no one else in line and only about three tables of people, so it was not busy at all. It would have been so easy for them to simply acknowledge me and say they would be with me shortly. I am nearly 9 months pregnant and was clearly very uncomfortable, although I understand that is not their fault. After waiting for 7-8 minutes while two staff members behind the counter did their best to ignore me, I decided to walk out. This experience was utterly, utterly useless. I grew up in Redhill and was back today for the first time in nearly 20 years, and it is so disappointing to see how rude people have become in the area."

Really lovely place to go. Polite and friendly staff. Food is great, especially the crepes. Cute little area for the kids to play in. Toilets are nice and clean. :

Heard the opener/ management had changed since my last visit. I had stop going as the service was alway terrible. Sadly, I cannot confirm a change of management but the service seems to have gotten even worse. Staff seem hassled to serve anyone. Pros Location Cons Everything else

Took the kids to the park and had refreshments from the cafe. Lovely ladies working and very friendly. Cafe has changed alot since new owners took over in the new year, for the better. Much more options,so looking forward to it opening up fully again. Fab service and fab prices Great park aswell with lots of room for everyone.

I went to the park with my kids and they wanted hot chocolate, so I treated them. We got the smallest hot chocolate I've ever seen, which cost £2.30, with an additional £1 for cream and about 5 tiny marshmallows. I usually prefer to support small local businesses, but paying £3.30 for such a small hot chocolate seems unreasonable. Next time, I'll have to go to Costa instead.

3 adults and 2 children for breakfast. 1 adult and 1 child breakfast turned up remaining 2 adults and child breakfast never showed up. We had to go inside to enquire were the food was. Man gave us plates over counter all of which were cold. Spoiled start to day and at a cost of £32.00 unacceptable service will no apology for there mistake. I would not recommend this cafe to anyone.

Really rude counter staff. Ordered drinks at counter with intent to order breakfast once seated. Mum needs a walker and I’m in a boot after popping some ligaments fracturing my ankle. Was literally ordered to pay for drinks at counter rather than paying for everything all at once. So simply didn’t stay to eat. What did they think we were going to do?? Run away? Ridiculous carry on will not be returning here.

Enjoyed a lovely afternoon in the park with the family until I went to The Pavilion for a coffee and a kids hot chocolate. I was disgusted to be told the price of £6.25, of which £3.30 was for the kids hot chocolate, £2.30 for just the hot chocolate, then 50p for the cream and 50p for the marshmallows. Please note this was for a small cup, the same size as a babbiccino which they only charge £1 for. I feel in this strange time, the price is absolutely ridiculous and I will have to think twice if I was to return.
