Very helpful polite staff. Didn't have long to wait for service. Food very well presented and tasted very nice

The food was great but despite ordering with 2 hours to spare the food was delivered 20 minutes late and I had very hungry granddaughter

Pizza is good, of course. However most of there starters/sides are quite underwhelming. Calamari is okay and dough balls are good. Overall solid pizza lots of choice.

Excellent service and the food is always delicious! The staff are always so caring and cater to our every need! Would recommend coming here to all my family and friends!

Always lovely service, very fast. We were going to the cinema and had 40 minutes to eat before we had to go. Our waitress Hazel was very helpful and fast and the food was amazing as always. Thank you to the whole team for always being so nice. View menu

Seriously annoyed. Not only is the food 40 minutes late, it’s missing the double dough balls which made up a good portion of the meal. Also missing child’s drink that come as part of the order. I don’t understand why 1. Pizza express sent the order with items missing and 2. The just eat guy didn’t check the order before taking it. Ridiculous level of service.

Worst experience by far want a refund. Placed an order at 6.30 with an expected delivery time of 7.10 7.30pm. Was informed by the app the restaurant was prepping my order. It then got to 7pm and the delivery time increased, and continued to do so to the point where I phoned the restaurant at 7.25pm who informed me they’d only received the ticket from just eat at 7.12pm. We got our foot at 8pm having waited an hour and a half. It would have been quicker for me to walk to tower park and back!

This is our regular pizza place whenever we are in the area on holiday. We always use our Tesco vouchers to take some money off the bill and we have never had any issues. The restaurant is clean and spacious and always quiet when we visit, which is usually midweek. The food is lovely and because it is a chain restaurant, you know what you are getting, so we never have any issues. On my most recent visit, I needed to breastfeed my baby and felt very comfortable in doing so. The waitress was very lovely and made me feel welcome to do so in the restaurant.
