"Overcooked Romana pizza with hardly any toppings. Chewy, dry and generally unpleasant. My partner’s salad bowl had hardly any salad and was a very small portion! No Parmesan cheese on the polenta sticks. A thoroughly horrid experience which spoilt our evening. The only good thing was that the cost of my pizza was removed from the bill when I complained to the waitress. Don’t bother with this place. Pizza Express used to be great but no longer."

We booked a pizza party for our daughter’s 6th birthday on the 2nd March and it was great! The hosts made it really fun for the children, the private room was perfect and the children enjoyed the pizza making and games. I work in a Leonard Cheshire home for disabled people and we have visited many times in the last few months. The staff have been amazing, very helpful understanding that our larger power wheelchairs need more space. Delicious food, very generous portions and the staff are always friendly, patient and helpful. Our last trip Chloe was especially helpful allowing us splitting the bill paying with gift cards, cash and cards.

A brilliant team giving brilliant service. All members of staff were working with urgency and a smile on their face on what was an extremely busy Sat night. I’ve refused to dine in this particular PE for some time as the service has been horrendous I only went in as my 12 year old daughter and friends chose it for a birthday celebration. What a turnaround. James and his team made it memorable for all the right reasons. We will be back!
