Pizza Hut - Menu

Ordered 2 x large pizza's for a birthday treat with the 2 kids. Pizza dough was awful, most of it was not edible and they cover it in a kind of herb salt that wasn't optional. Kids hated it and we threw it away. Not the standard set by Pizza Hut.

I placed an order online and then wanted to change my order. I phoned the store and the guy helpfully added the extra items I wanted. Made my lockdown birthday extra special by including Ben Jerry's ice cream as well as delicious pizza. Thank you!

We had a delivery from this restaurant in Braintree, Essex. It was absolutely terrible! Save your money! We were told it would arrive in 30 minutes but it took an hour. Everything was cold - the garlic bread, the pizza, the nachos. We will not be ordering from here again. View menu

The guys at Pizza Hut are always so polite and efficient, been using this branch for 14 years now and would never go anywhere else pizza’s are ALWAYS the best! Just ordered a delivery at a epidemic time like this and once again such polite service thank you guys keep up the good work!

Ordered a delivery and food item was incorrect. I chased this and was told the correct item would be delivered, unfortunately it wasn’t. I called again and they were very apologetic and re delivered the item and a free extra Pizza. Mistakes happen to everyone and this was a good outcome and a nice good will gesture

1st time I have ordered from here. Very easy to do online plus you can pre-order with a time I did this but the order was late. My drink was missing as stroppy driver had given to the previous order. The Nachos were stale the Pizza Cold chewy .Drink turned up 45 mins later with a second more polite driver. Dominoes next time ! View menu

Ordered their any pizza £8.99 collection. X2 large pizzas. Hubby went to collect and found himself and then later another customer waiting without acknowledgement. One of the workers even came to the front to get a drink and still ignored them. Eventually after knocking on the counter and calling out they were served. Very rude though. The pizzas were disappointing. Threw about 40% of it. Too much crust. Not like they used to be. Will order from Mr kebab next door in future.

I was extremely disappointed when my partner and I visited this restaurant to place an order a few Sundays ago. We walked in and I requested my usual order of a deep pan pizza for myself and an Italian meat-free pizza for my partner (who does not eat meat). We have ordered online from this place at least 3 or 4 times over the past year. We had to question one order in the past because it was a meat option instead of the meat-free option we had ordered (which was refunded). This time, when we placed our order in person, the staff member had to get the manager because he did not understand what I was asking for. The manager came out and informed me that they had not made the meat-free Italian...

We placed our first ever delivery with Pizza Hut two days ago. After over three hours of waiting (over two hours later than the latest delivery estimate I tried phoning the store, multiple times, but they never picked up the phone. I had no other option than to drive there. The young guy told me that that night had been a disaster for them, they hadn't got many orders out, and that I wouldn't be receiving mine. I just needed to know if we could start cooking something at home, because we were starving, and it was now 10.45pm!
