"today afternoon had a nice experience with my friend and daughter, many options, great customer service of linzi and ashley, both of which look very happy in their job, which is beautiful to see. my little girl also enjoyed her time there and slashed her face that always makes me happy. I'm glad to see you again soon. large vegan options and clear symbols on menu that sets me on lightness. thanks to many that we make our visit pleasant and unforgettable, linzi and ashley, hope to see them both at the next visit."

Order was normal time. Food was cold if I'm truthful for how much u pay u expect it to be piping hot it looked like a child had flicked some cheese on the garlic bread the chips were awful. Genuinely can tell pure laziness from the cook. Won't be ordering again Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3

My dinner here was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was great, the food was pretty good, and I always love a good salad buffet. It was easy to find and a little small in the amount of tables so if you are thinking about it I would book just to make sure you get a table. And most of all it wasn't expensive either, for just a pizza looking around £15-16 Service: Dine in

"Went for afternoon tea with my wife, using an 'experience ' voucher from a well known site, costing £35.99 absolute disaster! The description said 'sit down in the sophisticated dining room and tuck into a section of finger sandwiches, tantalising cakes, pastries, macarons and scones with clotted cream and jam. You won 't want this afternoon to end! ' Trust me, we could not get out of their quick enough and go and find somewhere to get something to eat. The sophisticated dining room was a large, cold room with only a couple of other diners, sticky wooden tables, with no table cloths, just a flimsy paper napkin and a knife and fork. We ordered a coffee and a tea, which came in the smallest teapot, I have ever seen. Later in the meal, when we asked for another drink, we were told that was extra and were charged another £5.70. The food was nothing like as described or pictured on the website. A sad looking selection of sandwiches four quarters each of thin sliced bread one containing a very small piece of processed ham, a second mashed up egg, third was some sort of fish, not sure if it was salmon or tuna; and finally some sort of green leaf with something wet on top it looked like the sandwich had been made days earlier and then sat upon! No pastries or macarons but the two scones with clotted cream and two little pots of jam were OK, however the remaining small cakes were dreadful, none of them were fresh there were two eclairs that were inedible, either the cream or chocolate was off and they were very dry; two little red velvet cakes, which again were dry and horrible; and finally two small pieces of carrot cake that were the least objectionable but again very dry. When we told the waitress the eclairs, she said she would tell the chef but no offer of an alternative. True, it was an unforgettable experience, but not in the way we had expected! We have had afternoon teas in top hotels, pubs, cafes and well known garden centres and nothing came close to being as bad as this meal. Needless to say we will never return and would strongly advise caution if anyone is thinking of going here."
