I have the wrong address for my delivery and the beautiful delivery men cough my order to the right address without hesitation. great service great food!

Not ordered from here for a while and not impressed my order was wrong but was impressed by tbe customer service and quality of food. Sad the experience was ruined by a lack of attention to detail but overall quality of food was good

I left a review last month, where we wanted a lengthy amount of time for mediocre food. However, we decided to give it another go. We were pleasantly surprised to receive our order within 35 minutes. The food was hot, had a lot of toppings,...evenly distributed and the salad was lovely and fresh! Would have been better if there was a little more salad dressing. Overall, a big improvement on our last visit and this time, we would visit again. We were promised a £10 voucher when we last visited and complained, but we never received it.

Ordered here today for lunch. Used my Key workers blue light discount 50% off. Ordered and it gave me a wait time of 1 hour. After 45 minutes the tracker still said preparing your food. Ordered our pizza via the online service. This gave them over 2 hours to get it right. The order should have arrived 18:45. At 19;00 hrs my wife called them and was told that the pizza was just leaving the shop. At 19;10 the pizza...still hadn’t arrived, (we live 4 mins away). we were extremely disappointed with our Pizza Hut experience. After ordering 3 standard pizzas, which no changes, the app told us our food would arrive in 35-45 minutes. We were fine with this, as we ordered at 17:40, meaning our food would arrive between 6...and 6:30. I am an insulin dependent diabetic, injecting 4 times a day. Absolute joke of a place So Friday night at 7:40pm, I order food to be delivered at 9:15pm. 9:30pm comes and goes and there's no sign of our delivery. Phoned Pizza Hut no answer just ringing out.
