Pizza Hut St.andrew's Quay Hull

Ordered a takeaway from these guy, collection, good lord, luke warm n cold within ten minutes, and I only live a short distance away, absolutely disgusting

Arrived at 3.30pm for our booking. Table was all set out. staff told told us how it all worked. we chose to have them take our orders. Food was yummy, just tasted the same as it did when i was a child. not a cheap tea.

Haven’t been for many years, but we’ve wanted to try the weekday buffet for awhile. The salad was as I’d remembered it, perfectly adequate. The pizzas were well replenished, even though the restaurant was quite busy. All in all , it was very enjoyable

Dropped in for a quick lunch. Buffet looked good but we ordered a meat feast to share. Salad bar was good and pizza was brought in a reasonable time, tasted good but too much to eat so we are taking the last few slices home. Staff friendly and very helpful. Good clean premises

Not been for years and we tend to go to authentic places. We was really disappointed with the quality. The individual pizza is tiny. The chicken supreme pizza was horrific, with cheap chicken and poor topping. If you like authentic nice food then don’t go here. I suppose the buffet is good if you have kids. 3/10

Quality of Pizza Down. Customer Service Down. Cleanliness Down. Prices Very Much Up. Probably been at least six months since our last visit, and It was even less enjoyable than last time. I really haven't the time to go into every detail of the unpleasant experience, but I'll just say. If you want good Pizza at a reasonable price, with decent service. Don't visit here.

The was just a week after things re opened so I would hope everything had improved by now. No one was menat to leave the table that was great, we didn't realise there was no buffet on a Saturday which was our fault to be fair. Good was fine the pizza is always good, salad was done for you but to be honest was very very basic and pretty naff. We had to order using an app.... Which didn't work. In the end the waiter jst took the order as usual. The manager was pretty useless and just blamed covid for everything, true to an extent but he needed to try way way harder then just giving the easy out answer

Took granddaughter (aged 8) here as it was her choice for a birthday treat. Family of four adults and one child. The pizza was so expensive, nearly £17 is ridiculous even with prices rising. And then add on more £s if you want a different dough base. We would accept price rises if the quality was good, but even the quality was questionable. There just weren't enough toppings on the pizzas. One of our group complained and got a fresh pizza, but all our pizzas were sparce with toppings really. Visited Pizza Hut after a few years away. Was not really impressed with the food onsite. The salad bar was good, fresh and stocked up. Drinks menu was good. Unfortunately after a few years I was expecting the menu to have changed and adapted but it hasn’t. There was not many options of pizza toppings especially when you compare it to a pizza express or dominoes. When the pizza arrived it was very greasy and the stuffed crust base was very thin.
