"I teach in the elementary school of the village and I have been eating at Enzo's for many years. Well what to say? I've always had a great time. Enzo is first of all a great person and then a great pizza chef. Soft, crunchy dough, pizzas of all kinds. An honorable mention also for Lorenzo, always kind and helpful. What to say? Well done. Farina di pregio, lievitazione non breve e gradevole, ingredienti prevalentemente caserecci tipo verdure preparate e accomodate in loco, sapori decisi ma delicati, digeribilità eccellente con assenza totale di arsura e/o peso post degustazione. Pur essendo di Monza mi tocca tornare!!!!!
