While this restaurant is a chain and the pizza may not be mind-blowing, it's still a good option for a meal if you're hungry while out on the high street.

The food at Pizza Express was delicious and served piping hot from their standard menu. However, our dining experience was marred by a distracted waitress who seemed more focused on her phone than on attending to the customers.

Went there for our 20th wedding anniversary meal as Pizza express was our first date. The food as always was great and our waitress Viera was amazing, even took our photo when we asked. She was attentive and interested in listening to how we met. So glad we went for our anniversary meal.

We got served our drinks and starters reasonably quickly. But the waitress missed one portion of dough balls that we had payed for and was then rude to us when we asked for them. When the pizzas arrived, they had hardly any cheese on and they were burnt. I went with a group of 4 friends, all teenagers and the servers were rude to us and ignored us. When we came to ask for the bill, we waited ages for the server to come and help us split it.

i went to pizza express salisbury with my 3 teenage friends. we were served quickly with our drinks and starters (even tho she made a joke that we ordered a lot of dough balls despite we bought one portion each)however firstly one portion of dough balls were forgotten and once we asked extremely nicely, she gave us a funny look and said ‘oh. i’m so confused’ we ordered our food and took around 30 minutes to come. we were served our pizzas there was absolutely no cheese on it , the worst pizza i’ve ever had, and the base was burnt. after our food we were eventually in a rush and asked the lady if we could have the bill she said. ‘sorry girls you’re gonna have to wait’. this is still after we...

Located in a lovely spot across from the city square and guildhall, this small Pizza Express was a bit disappointing. It took a while to be seated as I waited for someone to acknowledge me. The lone waitress was clearly overwhelmed and lacked support, so I couldn't fault her for the slow service. Opting for takeaway, I had to wait again to place my order and struggled to get the waitress's attention, with no offer for a drink. Dealing with some intoxicated customers didn't help either.
