Dropped in for lunch with my sister and daughter, all celebrating recent birthdays. Great food, great service from Veda ? and fab gesture from manager who gave us a complementary bottle of prosecco!

I went to Wagamama Salisbury on the 15th of October we were served by a girl called Gaby she was so bubbly and definitely works hard to keep up her great work skills I want to come again just because of her great service View menu

I had lunch here with friends. The staff were friendly the service good. As usual, the food was delicious. I have a milk allergy so was asked about this a sticker put on my mat. My order was taken separately so that the waitress could check that it was suitable.

Was assured by a member of staff that the restaurant gift card I showed her was accepted at Wagamama's only to be told that it wasn't after all when it came to pay the bill. Wouldn't have minded being mugged off so much if the food were any good. Unfortunately, while the starters were both nice the ramen was totally bland. 50 quid down the drain.

What can I say. It’s a chain. This isn’t somewhere we come to frequently. But we were hungry and short on time and Salisbury was really busy (good to see tourists back). Service was swift. Food exceeded our expectations. Surprisingly tasty. The staff are on the go constantly. The environment is noisy and fast paced, we managed 40 mins of it, how they work in it I don’t know. I have only been in a Wagamama twice and hadn't liked it either time. The last time was over seven years ago. But we saw there were vegan options, so we gave it a go, and what a surprise! The food was tasty, there was a lot to choose from, the children enjoyed it, and the prices weren't too high. The staff were mostly quite friendly and helpful too. The only thing was that the tables were so close together that we barely had any space. But I'd definitely go back!

I love Wagamamas in general and visit Salisbury every now and then and would buy a takeaway when there. Unfortunately, this will not continue as the last meal we bought from there was really terrible. I ordered it for a specific time and it was barely warm when I collected it (earlier than booked) so it had obviously been left sitting on the side for a while. All three dishes were dry and tasteless and were only edible with a good dose of soy sauce to give some flavour! I have sent in a complaint to Wagamama who responded to say they would get back to me which they have not, 3 weeks later. We went to Wagamama Salisbury for lunch, having been quite a few times before but not for several months. I’m not sure what might have changed but it was a real disappointment. On the plus side, the service was reasonable and both the tata squid and hoisin duck buns were tasty and quick to the table. However, the tantoman beef ramen and grilled chicken ramen were both very bland with broth that I can only describe as tasting like school dinner gravy. Both were left less than half finished. Equally, the chicken and prawn pad Thai was quite greasy and again, bland with no spice heat at all.
