"Una locanda nel vero senso del termine: accoglienza, calore e familiarità contraddistinguono questa pizzeria. Tanta tradizionalità nell 'allestimento della sala e nel servizio, con un assaggio di benvenuto, delizioso peraltro, che riporta subito alle trattorie di paese di un tempo, dove si usavano quasi esclusivamente prodotti locali, e manco a dirlo, come in questo caso. A parte questo, però, la cucina non ha nulla di tradizionale, anzi, è un passo avanti nell 'avanguardia. La riscoperta dei tesori locali ha generato dei gioielli a tavola, reinterpretazioni del patrimonio gastronomico locale, quali le Spinate , il cui impasto lascia veramente a bocca aperta. La vera chicca, però, è il gelato Melgotto, servito con frollini e zabaione: da solo vale l 'intero pranzo. Per onor del vero, visti i prezzi assolutamente popolari, non è assolutamente impensabile valutare di farci di nuovo una capatina."

Experience to remember. We decided to try this pizzeria in Gandino thanks to word of mouth. They use a lot of the barbed corn typical of the area. Having had lunch, I didn't have pizza but I enjoyed the wide choice of local recipes. Guys, it was a blast. The restaurant is accessed via the hotel entrance. Excellent service and delicious food thanks to Emanuele, the boss. After lunch it was then honored by a grappa and a long chat with the boss. I will definitely return.
