"Disponibilità, qualità, gentilezza. Ero partito da Agrigento alle 16, sono passato davanti al Gelso che era orario di chiusura, domenica notte. Avevo bisogno di un caffè e ho chiesto se era possibile. Non mi hanno solo fatto un caffè, ma il caffè più buono che abbia mai assaggiato. Ancora me lo ricordo. Complimenti!"
