Pizzeria passarella

We visit Titisee quite regularly and always eat here at least once during our stay. There's a really varied menu with a choice of Greek food, German specialities and delicious Italian dishes.

We requested the staff to help us with the selection of vegetarian pizza. However, the one recommended by him as best was nowhere near any pizzas we had elsewhere in freiburg etc. Beer quality offered was also not so pleasant. Overall it was not a...good experience.

We ordered pizza. The pizza was very good and tasty. With a nice view of a part of the lake it's a very nice place to eat. However the staff can be more friendly. There was not much interaction, smiling and when I wanted to...pay I had to go inside to ask for the bill. The only thing I would come back for is the food.

Well when you are in switzerland, the pizzas are overall awesome. however, this place had exceptional pizzas and also they had this awesome freshly brewed local beer which went very well with the pizzas they served. the views from the sit out of the restaurant...is very nice. you can see the busy street as well as the lake. I normally only write positive reviews, but make an exception for this. The place don't take reservations and selection of guest takes place at the door by the daughter of the owner. Our family was refused and told to make place for the next group...(same size) and they were given a table. Other tables were available, but not for us. Place is run by a young girl who should learn to be polite. Don't go there.

Restaurant closes at 8:00 so clearly looking for trade from the day tourists. Service was quick but the staff all looked so miserable, as if they could not wait to close and go home. They were friendly enough, but just looked like they did not...care. Pizza was average, plenty of toppings but all that I could taste was the tomato sauce. The centre was only just cooked, not at all crisp, but the edges were starting to burn. Most off putting was seeing a waiter pick his nose, very poor example of customer care and hygiene. View menu
