"An impromptu brunch with friends from York spoilt by the rude service from the blonde haired waitress with the bee tattoo. She was rude to a gentleman wanting a table- telling him the 'step back! ' Then when we came to pay the bill she told us she couldn 't split the bill as it was rammed! She then told us to split it three ways when we declined because not everyone had bought cake, She then turned the tablet around and said you work it out I replied no we don 't work here. Appalling rude arrogant waitress service from here but everyone else were fabulous. She is letting down your reputation and we will not be eating in there again. Manners cost nothing and I would not expect an adult to roll their eyes and slam the pad down when she had to add up the items people had."

So glad there are other places for a coffee! Cloudy, dirty tasting coffee and tbh it’s hard to swallow a dry cake let alone the £5.75 price tag for it!!!!!!!

It isn't pokusevski anymore. It's a hairdressers called That Hair Place Very good. In fact Clare used to be my hairdresser elsewhere so I've known her for a while. Excellent hairdresser and a lovely person.

I was there on Tuesday this week with a friend. We had to attract the attention of a waitress to place our order which was really simple. We then waited over an hour before it arrived. Pretty unsatisfactory really. View menu

Lovely atmosphere unless it's really busy. It's dog friendly so you need to aware of this if it's an issue. Staff friendly, but service sometimes a little slow. Cakes and breakfasts are amazing. Not cheap but worth it.

The table was dirty and sticky and we were waiting nearly an hour for our meal. The reservation was for 12.30pm and there was only breakfast menu to order from. Once we got our meal it was cold and the eggs were over cooked. I have ordered a second cup of tea which we never got. Very poor service left us disappointed..
