"Déjà trois fois que je me rend au pur sang et toujours une entière satisfaction. Fraîcheur et viande qui sorte de l'ordinaire sont aux rendez vous ! Je suis triste de voir certains commentaires lamentable , étant dans le domaine de la viande , le patron ne se moque pas de nous et nous propose des viandes d'exception qui ne s'achète pas comme un vulgaire steak charal! La viande maturée est un procédé ou on laisse "moisir" La viande pour avoir ce gout s'y particulier, et elle s'épluche avant dégustation donc génère de la perte ! Client connaisseur ou amateur de viande, foncez! Les autres rdv au Buffalo à 15 euros le menu ! ;-)"

Bonjour,La viande était de belle qualité... J'ai déjà manger mieux mais c'était tout de même très bon... Accueil sympathique et joli cadre.Le vin est bon et le cheesecake un peu revisité en dessert au top !!!Bref une belle adresse mais un prix assez élevé... La qualité se paye...

Nous sommes des clients de Vintage et avons été séduits par l'idée de ce restaurant tourné vers la bonne viande de qualité.Plusieurs déceptions : le rapport qualité prix injustifié, la carte qui ne propose pas d'accompagnement avec les viandes (pommes de terre en supplément...pas sérieux) la carte des vins avec des prix très élevés.Un concept qui pourrait être amélioré.
