Great if you want to do something good for the visit and yourself and look for something special: high price class, food disappointed NOT! Friendly decent service

10 to 15 minutes to walk from luiseplaze. combine them with a walk to the castle park close by. eat excellent and beautifully presented. service at 6:45, perfect. my wife loved it.

summer salad, catfish, very good white wine. the meal was well presented, local ingredients. I don't usually eat a cat, but that was wonderful. enjoyed the atmosphere, very welcoming.

beautiful location, but the balcony door on the top floor is not properly closed so that I go strong design. eating was okay, but not true what it said on the menu. we had high expectations due to the website, but the reality was quite...normal they offer spicy food and it seems that everything is just spicy.

came to lunch here. they had no English menus, but the owner patiently explained the menu. the food was excellent, we shared a starter probably one of the best we ever had. the most important courses were of a very high standard. Well...shown, perfectly prepared and with an excellent combination of aromen. service through outside was friendly and attentive.

Hallelujah! At Easter we were in Potsdam looking for a small, fine restaurant and found the quendel. Something from the shot, but thanks to Google Maps you can also find here. It is small: only about 8 tables and also a small, but your card with absolute specialties: catfish, quail and lamb. It was all super tasty the portions really big and lovingly dressed. Even with the drinks we had an effect: very delicious grape juice. So an absolute recommendation to go here!

I live in Potsdam quite near this Restaurant and it is one of my favourite restaurants go with kids and without). While the restaurant is just at one of the hidden) entrances of Sanssouci park and located in a beautiful residential area, amazingly only...a few tourist have discovered this restaurant most tourists eat in the odd and overpriced places close to Luisenplatz). In summer, you can sit also outside of the restaurant and enjoy the atmosphere of one of the preferred residential areas in Potsdam. The location is superbe, just a few steps away from the great Park Sanssouci. So there's nothing more convenient after a few hours inside the Park than taking a nice break and lunch at a restaurant next door. They do have some five tables nicely...placed outside on the sidewalk and weather permitting: could be just great. If, yes if only the staff woulnd't be that slow, and wouldn't forget to get you the pepper mill you had asked for which would have rendered the already five star Italian ham starter a six star ham and if the bill would have not taken far toooo long. Although therehave not been more than three different parties to look after.... But, the foods been nice, nothing really extra...
