For dessert, Out of stock panacotta. We ask for a candle for my daughter's birthday to blow on the substitution dessert and we are told they don't have a candle and we have to bring ours!! Never seen that! Too bad, one less star for this lack of service."

Very good Italian cuisine, but extremely disappointed with the customer service on sale to take away. Prices are the same as when you eat on site. A very cold and not efficient reception because a waiting for more than 15min while the order was placed by telephone. Privive the other Peppone around Bordeaux.
