"I visited a vegan dinner organized by pugliaveg in raparossa and what can I say: the atmosphere there is beautiful! we sat outside in their yard playing with candles and mint plants on the tables and great live music. everyone who works there is so attentive and sweet. the waitresses used the dog in our group and made sure that he had always fresh water (also with gurken in it! the chef also came several times between the curses to talk to the guests and ask how we liked to eat them. all the courses taste amazing! we had: *parmigiana *nidi di kataifi con caponatina *cipolla gratinata *cantalupo e sedano rapa con nepitella *spaghetto con fiorilli e zafferano *orecchiette con nece di cappero su crema di fave *budino al coulppino di fragole and all that for only 25€ of tier sanc"

This restaurant is a true gem. Every dish we ate was incredibly tasty, made with local and fresh products. The owner is so nice and the location is so cosy with beautiful details. This is one of the best vegan restaurants I have ever eaten all around the world (and I have been vegan for 10 years). Totally recommended!

pasta with tomato sauce or a pizza without cheese to be found is simply in puglia, but if you want to long something else or more special, this restaurant is their answer. we went here twice and both of them were amazing. they get an appetizer and aromatized water when they arrive and have tons of chicks to eat, go from pasta to ciabatta, burger, burrito, sincean and much more. the desserts and lilies are also delicious and the staff is very friendly. I love this place!

Totally vegan restaurant run by a very passionate chef who also has a small sanctuary for rescued animals. You can see the names and pictures of all the animals on a board when entering the restaurant. It 's very nicely decorated and has a cute little sitting area outside as well. We couldn 't decide on what to get because everything sounded delicious (and our Italian is limited) so we asked the chef to bring us a mixture of traditional dishes. We were so impressed, it was truly the best eating experience we 've had in Italy. We also had a dog with us and he was also served a plate of dog biscuits in addition to many many cuddles.
