Fab Square, nice eating, we had a table for lunch, but decided that it was too nice to sit inside, so we sat in the sun, we liked that much we stayed for 6 hours the atmosphere eating and coffee of a beautiful land pub enjoying

Beautiful pub/restaurant with attentive staff, food was amazing and beer was perfect! Been a few times and never been disappointed.. would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for beautiful surroundings and top notch food.

The service was fantastic, the food was great, and the staff were lovely. My mother visited with her sister and niece and they all enjoyed the food. The staff were very accommodating and made sure everything was perfect. Thank you.

Really nice experience! The food was very good. The people super friendly. The pub is clean, neat and very nicely decorated. They're also dog friendly and there is a short walk right next to the parking area for doggies to stretch their legs before/after a meal. Highly recommended we will visit again!

Great sized room with a huge and very comfy bed. Everything was creaky but we were in the inside rooms above the bar so it was kind of expected. I'm sure the rooms in the outer buildings would have been a little quieter. Check in was easy and friendly. Great location, just a short drive into gateshead.

we just made a 2 nights in this beautiful pub. the bar staff, the reception, the putzfrau were all so beautiful and attentive. eating was really nice, the breakfast was really good. the outside area is surrounded by trees and it was nice to listen to the birds. many parking spaces. we will definitely be back, thank you x

visited the pub for Sunday dinner. we had no booking, but they immediately adapted us, although we arrived at the same time as a very large family group. the service of all employees was great and included in the price. we had both vegetarian options and eating was very good (although the yorkshire pudding was not good as my wife, lol) good menu area and faster service. will certainly visit again when back in the opposite.

Went for lunch and a late birthday celebration, first time. Helpful and happy staff, very comfortable, we were early made to feel welcome with tea served first. Quite exacting requirements from the company were met with provision and a cheerful face. Delicious food, hot and served in timely fashion, all extras served. Portion requests met without a problem. So unusual to find helpful staff, good food and decent prices all in one place, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Special thanks to Catherine and Rees.

I was an occasional visitor a few years ago, loved eating the atmosphere was good, but had not dared to this place for about year. I decided a few months ago to repay a visit to see if it was the way I remembered. I was pleasantly surprised that it had a complete decoration renovation, even more surprised when I tried the menu. I can honestly say that eating out this world is the gourmet sausage mash of the gourmet gammon steak are my ultimate favorit. I have a chef brewer reward card that I did not look back. Since then he was a weekly muncher, with constant weekly rewards at the meal times to entice them. I would recommend a visit in the evening card as well as the lunch menu. 5 stars for...
