I made a reservation for a table of 4 two weeks in advance for March 19th. They confirmed the reservation but when we arrived on time, the restaurant was closed. We were left wondering if they were permanently closed. We were very disappointed with this experience.

I ordered a takeaway on new years eve and after 3 hours of them making the delivery time later and later, they then claimed that the order was complete well I never received it. They offered to refund me £3, they effectively stole my money and did not deliver my food, thus utterly ruining what was already looking like a rubbish new year 's eve spent on my own. Don 't bother with this restaurant it is most certainly not worth it.

I have been a loyal customer at this restaurant for over 3 years. The food is always amazing, but unfortunately, there was an issue with my order tonight. When I called the restaurant, the person who answered the phone was very rude and obnoxious. Despite the delicious food, their poor customer service has caused me to stop ordering from them. We will be taking our business elsewhere. 0 stars from us. There are many other Indian restaurants to choose from.

After the end of a wonderful family day we ordered for 12. When it was late, we called the restaurant and we’re told it would be 5 minutes. After another call, food arrived 40 minutes later about an hour and a half later after the order Unfortunately the order contained lots that we didn’t order and the quality of food was genuinely shocking so most was wasted. The attitude from the restaurant was utter disinterest. We will never, ever, ever order from here again. Hunger is preferable.

I ordered x2 plain pilau rice as I love their's. However they changed me £6.50 for two that's £3.25 each, when the price for a plain pilau rice is £2.95 on their website menu. I called and asked why I was overcharged they said they didn't know but they would refund 50p and I wasn't going to drive back just for a 50p refund. Also they told me that they didn't accept card payment under £5. Not professional and poor service and feel messed around. Shame really as their food is good. I won't be ordering from them again.

My partner and I have searched for an Indian on site that offers both the quality of the service and ultimately a great taste and at the same time meets our food requirements. Real India not only gives us the most tantalizing tasty flavors, but they are happy to work with our incompatibility to certain foods. The staff is friendly by phone and we only ate to order. We have tried 4 or 5 of the Indian outliers within a 15 minute radius of us in Beacon Heath and no one has a patch on them. We have recommended to the family that they prefer even before they are locked off; our family drove from Crediton to Exeter to collect their meal as it is so good. The staff were amazing, they did a thank you to the community for their support with an invitation buffet, food was good in stock and really delicious, rice was fluffy and delicious. Perfect. Thank you. Edit: After reading some of the other reviews, I feel compelled to work out something. The food was on site, it was kept warm on the buffet, which is not easy to do especially with rice, as it dries easily, but everything was good. The kitchen could be seen while getting drinks in the bar and I would say happy it was clean, but in use, nothing I would not expect to see in a busy restaurant middle layer, and it was busy waiting people to get a place busy.
