"we used to call the day at this restaurant and reserved a table. when we arrived, however, there seemed to be confusion about our booking, and in what we did, people who had no bookings were shown tabularly before us. we finally got ours. table and a menu, but no one came to us for 20 minutes. then the waitress who had originally shown us to our table asked if we were ready to order. we said yes and then disappeared so that we had assumed that she was gone to get her writing block to give up our order, but she never came back. we then asked another waitress who served a table next to us if it was possible to place a job, but we found it very rude to be and she just walked right past us. I could understand if the restaurant was very busy, but it was less than half full in this phase. in this phase other diners who came at the same time had been served drinks and had their food orders. we had enough of the bad service, so it was easy."
