"This restaurant is definitely my insider tip for eating really well. The small horse trough stands inconspicuously between trees and horse boxes. The small menu (approx. 15 dishes) changes almost weekly. However, there is something for everyone. The cook (also the host) is a master at work. Even standard dishes like “schnitzel, spaetzle salad” become a special taste experience thanks to his cooking skills. The rotating menu also makes you notice the freshness of the food. Rump steak, mussels, sour kidney, goose, homemade cordon bleu, freshly shaved spaetzle, fresh homemade sauce, fresh vegetables, etc., there is something for everyone. The ambience in the restaurant is reminiscent of a small ski hut in the mountains and offers a high feel-good factor, without unnecessary and artificial “grandeur”. In the riding trough, enjoyment is definitely the priority. In terms of price, the Reiterränke offers very high-quality and enjoyable dishes for relatively affordable prices. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit! Important: Due to limited spaces, you should announce your visit and reserve a table as soon as possible."
