One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Exquisite delicious food, amazing atmosphere, great wine collection. Really enjoyed and really lucky to be there for my b-day. Thank you.

Ein Restaurant der alten Schule. (Alles Top!) Und den Heinz mag ich auch und der kannte auch die elsässische Oma ;) Dieses Restaurant gehört zu meiner Top 10 ListeObwohl ich auch ein El Bulli Fan war. Diese Küche ist einfach genial. Dafür kann niemand was.

In dem eleganten Restaurant wird Tag für Tag eine wunderbare Sterne-Küche geboten, die seinesgleichen sucht. Die Auswahl an wundervollen Speisen ist lobenswert. Alles wird perfekt und sehr freundlich serviert. Der Service ist außerdem sehr aufmerksam und kompetent. Die Weinkarte und die Weinempfehlungen sind super und sehr gut abgestimmt. So macht dinieren wirklich viel Spaß!Wir freuen uns bereits jetzt auf die nächste Gelegenheit hier genussvoll zu Speisen.

Since we stayed two lovely nights at this amazing hotel, we dined in the Residenz's exquisitely beautiful dining room both nights enjoying the outstanding gustation menus. The friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating maitre d'hotel and his understaff worked like a well oiled machine anticipating every need. Specific dietary needs were easily addressed by slightly changing seasonal menu items. Platings were works of art. The dining experience here is so deserving of its well earned stars

During our stay in the hotel Residenz Heinz Winkler in June 2018, we enjoyed an exquisite 5-course gala dinner with an excellent selection of corresponding wines in the award-winning gourmet restaurant led by Mr Heinz Winkler and his son Mr Alexander Winkler. The service of the restaurant personnel was highly professional and very dedicated and cordial. The breakfast served in the morning was excellent. In addition, we had the opportunity to participate in an exclusive small group cooking course led by Mr Heinz Winkler and his chef de cuisine Mr Steffen Mezger.
