"We reserved a table for 1 p.m., which worked. However, we didn't get our food until 3:20 p.m. because, according to the waiter, there was suddenly a large group that wanted food and we were visibly overwhelmed. First the venison goulash ran out, then the spaetzle... After we wanted fries to replace the spaetzle and then got tagliatelle... Well, what can I say? The food is average, but what's great is that you get a starter soup and a small dessert without having ordered it, which you can't choose. That saves the whole thing a little Parking: Just downtown..."

I have sunk in the shackle house for dinner, kalvlever was excellent, served with kartoffel, sweet apple and salat. service was also very friendly. only local, no tourist! the price is very reasonable. highly recommended.

Wir waren mit einer grösseren Gesellschaft dort. Als wir bestellen wollten hieß es, es gibt drei Gerichte zur Auswahl, nicht à la carte da sie noch eine andere Gesellschaft erwarteten. Es sei nur ein Koch da und der könne das nicht schaffen. Auf grossen Protest hin wurde dann noch Kalbsleber angeboten.So etwas müßte unbedingt vorher angekündigt werden, dann hätten wir ein anderes Restaurant gewählt. Später kommende Gäste durften nach Karte auswählen!!Ich wollte meinen runden Geburtstag in grösserer Runde dort feiern, davon sehe ich jetzt aber lieber ab.
