"{fazit vorab für die Schnell LESER:G Greece's restaurant in the center Dortmund-Hombruchs with related beer garden. correct kitchen performance. Location: in the centre of Dortmund-Hombruchs, on the hard cort road 110, opposite a large square of a senior and shopping center. Parking on the street and in the surrounding area. the accessibility of public transport is also in the walking environment. Two times a year, I meet with former colleagues of a working group for exchange of ideas, sound, etc. the colleague who always chose the location chose a Greek restaurant in the room theremund. in my review, I only refer to my selected diners and drinks. ambiente: You enter the restaurant via a multi-stage staircase and you are already in a room with the usual "column-grott leaves" to represent the Greek cosiness of a Greek tavern. a small, separate room in the middle, to the right a separate room with several tables, and to the left also a small room, behind the right side of the service area with adjoining kitchen. everything is a little angled, but pretty fabulous. the tables with cream-colored tablecloths, paper napkins of better quality and printed with blue pattern, simple cutlery, a small candle holder, a salt-peffer-mentation (so-called "Wastel-Sverrier" – for old RK critics. covered at our table, I covered some table chairs and found it already with many different tastes in front of a table. but all neatly clean and well maintained. a covered table service: we were greeted by one (you can forgive me: some corrupt blonde middle-aged lady very kind, easy to familiar with handshake and led to our reserved table. the boxes were handed over to us and asked for our drinks. the selected dishes: the menu contains the “usual suspects of Greek cuisine”: cold (krya orectika and warm (sesta orectika, tzaziki, suppening, cheese specialities, salads, inlays, from the oven, pancakes and gyrosal dishes etc. I chose tzaziki as an appetizer (3,90 € and a main dish: (Gyros with bifteki, 12,90 € . the tzaziki was served on a white dessert porcelain dishes, decorated with three small slices to form a triangle, in the middle of it a small olive. There were 4 white bread slices in a Basty basket that tasted slightly dry. tzaziki brot for the tzaziki the tzaziki was freshly prepared, very creamy, taste pleasant after garlic, for me a pretty good start for this simple kitchen, it tasted very good for me. Then there was a leaf salad consisting of green salad (iceberg, slice cucumber, quarter tomate, some julienne strips of fresh mouth, a little corn and a strong neck yogurt above. all in all nothing exciting, but fresh and as a side salad fitable. I used this salad as the 2nd appetizer. my main dish – Gyros with bifteki – was also served on a white porcelain plate, consisting of a portion gyros, a fairly large bifteki (hape meat filled with sheep cheese, a portion-pommes frites, a ball rice, a bit tzaziki and a small leaf salad. on the meat some rings red roaring. I was disappointed by the circles, because it proved to be pfannengyros. I myself expected the usual crispy gyro from the grill. the pfannengyros was juicy and well tasted, but disappointing by the pfannengyros. I can do this myself. ryros with bifteki the bifteki delicate, well flavored and aromatized, the creamy filling is delicious, overall much better than the pfannengyros I am rich. the pommes fries fresh, inside still a little soft, outside beautiful pink, so I like it. the rice, slightly tomatized, very reminiscent of a Djuwetsch rice of the Jugos tasteful, okay, a little spicy, but that was it. red raw twin rings above the meat are more tasteful than usual white. It was noticeable that this time the plates were not filled with overbords, as they were otherwise experienced in the Greek village, so that the meat remained still juicy and warm during eating. I felt comfortable. for people who like to follow their “Urgelüsten” at dinner, Greek cuisine is right. You know the offer in the round, although for the first time this restaurant is affected, as all Greek locals offer. An extraordinary one cannot wait here. Beverages: I chose as a drink mineral water sail (0.25 l 1.90 €, the bottle was opened at the table and the mineral water well cooled. from the house there was a well-cooled ouzo after dinner. the ouzo according to cleanliness: all the spatial features I had seen are perfect in every view. I didn't visit the toilets. Conclusion: The diners elected today were not “gods”, they were good tasting. I knew what I was doing and had no high expectations. Nevertheless, the food offered to me was of good quality, so that you can definitely visit this restaurant again with an appropriate opportunity. my review: 3 – when it comes again (1 – certainly not again, 2 – hardly again, 3 – when it comes back, 4 – again happy, 5 – definitely again – after “Kuechenreise”"

FAZIT: Nothing has changed - and that is very well meant to positiw: eating tastes just as delicious (as before 11 months ago), from all dressed you will be loosely fed (the ouzo afterma makes really sense), the chefin is the good soul of the house. really bad that we live so far away...I'm staying with you - we're coming back:-)

was there for the first time to eat, but it felt like you're a master guest! after a short waiting period (cold beer from the barrel has the time well bridged) there was fish for me and gyros and bifteki for my cucumber. both was super delicious. also the pommes were good, have rarely eaten so good pommes in a restaurant. Price-quality ratio absolutely top! come back.

this is one of the oldest Greek restaurants in theremund that I know. the taste of the food is always good. especially the "Ouzo cellar" that contains many small appetizers, it has done to me. In addition, there are of course some Gyros dishes, souvlaki, bifteki and very many original Greek foods from the oven. for lamb lovers there is also a lot to offer. also carving and steak dishes are on the menu.Reservation recommended: the restaurant is popular and does not offer much space. the price/performance ratio is reasonable and the owners are always friendly.
