Delicious food with a great buffet.

The bar of hot meals are super always full, the salats are fresh I suggest to serve more variation, for dessert to have a sortimen as well. En general the food is good quality and the workers are kind and efficient

We always enjoyed going to Phönix, everything was satisfactory. For us, Phoenix is now history. The service was noticeably unfriendly. No thanks, no please, just impersonal and cold. A guest at our table had a birthday. We asked if we could light a candle that was on the table. It was answered in the negative with the remark: “Only in the evenings.” We would have paid for the tea light too, but no, they remained stubborn. We now have another Chinese restaurant in Pbg. found and are happy. B. Mattick.

I've been a customer there for a long time. Unfortunately I have to agree with another review. We and the family also discovered that the food, even taken from the buffet bowl below, was cold. Unfortunately, the staff was uninstructable about the fact that the Bain Marie containers also have to come into contact with the hot water underneath. The food was not steaming lightly, as usual. Wie immer,gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, große Auswahl,alles frisch und heiß,alles da:Vortisch,Suppen,Salate. Eine Vielfalt Fleischgerichte,Fisch und Gemüse. Dessertvielfalt,einfach Klasse und das Personal freundlich und flink. Jetzt,nach Corona, sind die Preise pro Person 4€ höher. Trotzdem ist es hier von 11.30Uhr bis 16 Uhr voll,wie nie zuvor. Es ist inzwischen sehr unangenehm bei der Fülle. Ohne Anmeldung stehen die wartenden Leute drinnen und draußen. Wenn ein Tisch frei wird,ist er sofort wieder besetzt. Die Tische stehen enger als früher,man kann sich kaum setzen,oder aufstehen. Das Personal ist nur noch im Stress
