"We were looking for a place for Diner and found this place by chance. After seeing her menu, we decided to go in. Its menu includes many typical German and local dishes such as schnitzels, pork groves, sour roasts and pan dishes. The food is really... good. Prices are moderate, so the value for money is very good. Service is friendly. My review for this place would be semewhere between 'very good' and 'excellent', let's say 9/10 or in Germany 1.5. But since Tripadvisor does not know these reviews, I had to round them down to 5/5."

Ok, solid in the Balkans, but also German cuisine, staff is tried, dishes are too delicious. The barrel beer (arrow) is not really recommended, but is a question of taste, as an alternative there are budvar from the bottle. View menu

My wife and I were in the Kerpen area for family businesses and had the opportunity to go for dinner. We often follow the strength that worked for us again; our choice for dinner was perfection. The Rheinishes Brauhaus is a clean, centrally located family... operated pub in downtown Kerpen. Our food was delicious, the owner, Detlef , was informative, friendly and pleasant as the Kolsch beer. It's our regular pub now.

My wife and I were in the Kerpen area for family business and had occasion to go out for dinner. We often "follow the force" which worked for us again; our choice for dinner was perfection. The Rheinishes Brauhaus is a clean, centrally located family operated Kneipe in downtown Kerpen. Our food was delicious, the owner, Detlef, was informative, friendly and most enjoyable as was the Kolsch bier. It is now our, stammkneipe.

"the hotel jägerhof is a family-run restaurant, which also rents some rooms. there is no reception and no hotel entrance in the actual sense. on my demand at the theke after the reception was asked for my name and it was given to me the room key (no magnet card) and I should go to the back entrance where I would find the access to the rooms. the restaurant makes a nice cozy impression. the rustic equipment I felt as very successful and fitting. I guess the entire structure was recently rebuilt or renovated. the access to the rooms leads through a narrow dark not particularly clean staircase. the etage to the rooms, on the other hand, is more nicely designed, with wandtattoos and a little more common. somehow, the hotel access makes a rather improvised impression on me. some parking is available directly at the hotel free of charge. we received the free wifi code on request. price performance is unfortunately not right here and I would no longer book the hotel for these conditions. Location: Centrally located with good transport connections. unfortunately a bit loud at open windows through the restaurant terrace and through the road.Accommodation/room booked I have the hotel about eds there in the hotel description was that it is a modern hotel. de facto it is a restaurant with some rooms that have been recently renovated. the rooms are new and clean, but from described living rooms with large bathroom far away. our room was equipped with a boxspring bed, which was comfortable, but we hardly sleep due to the room location (above the restaurant terrace and the street side). because of the heat we were forced to leave the windows open and it was just too loud. the rooms are normal but definitiv not large. the rooms are in new condition or new, even if the wall decals already dissolve and in the bathroom the first screws are released from the towel holders. the large comfortable bath “the extra class” was in practice a small clean bath with no or only very limited storage facilities. there was none just a liquid soap at the wash basin. the room was acceptable as everything is new and clean, but from the description and from the price I would have expected more definitiw.ServiceCheck in was short and painless in the restaurant. the check out did not happen in the actual sense, since we left only after 9:00 o'clock and after 9.00 o'clock no one is in the hotel or restaurant anymore. we should hang the room key and pull the entrance door, that was. the hotel owner was very friendly, but on me the whole thing worked very well. it was extremely annoying when the hotel owner was on the phone all the time. I guess with his house bank and asked for a credit card number of a gaste. he urgently needed the number to arrange a debit as he would go on holiday tomorrow and would like to do so today. the whole was about. 30 minutes and after various telephone calls about the micro of the handy (we could hear everything), the hotel owner could finally view the credit card data and arrange the debit... would I like to hear it as a hospitable but???GastronomyThe restaurant is really nicely decorated. rustic with a lot of deco, something completed (osterdeko was still present) but still very nice and cozy. very nice menu card and good selection of foods with medium trips. in the grill plate the portion was very large and appetizingly dressed, with the salad plate with garnel were to count a whole 5 minigarnels. we have eaten here on a Tuesday evening and the waiting times were unfortunately much too long with 45 minutes. we were extremely disappointed with the breakfast. the breakfast was and there was no breakfast buffet. absolutely not contemporary and also not mentioned anywhere. when we were in the morning at 8.00 o'clock in the restaurant the hotel owner received us briefly, offered us a place and we should wait for it to bring everything. We got 1 teller with 3 slices salami, 2 slices ham, 3 slices cheese 2 cocktail tomatoes and 3 slices gurken, 2 slices with O juice, 1 broth bachelor with 3 slices. everyone got 2 mirrors but they were unfortunately not very appetizing, neither look nor taste. the 2nd cappuccino we received on demand was once again smaller than the first. Tips/otherapproach: no breakfast buffet. the small breakfast is brought to the table. breakfast only until 9:00.The overnight prices are too high. price performance is not right here. only because the structure is newly renovated, prices are not justified."
