"I first discovered this ristoranti in 1997, and have returned periodically three or four times a year as business dictates. I like Cantonese style of cooking and have dined at similar establishments in many parts of the world. However my all time best experience is from the food stalls and restaurants around Aberdeen harbour in Hong Kong, so I know what I like. This little ristoranti has been in the same family since my first visit fifteen years ago, and Mr Mrs Chun maintain high standards making them very popular with locals. For example law in Italy prevents the use of colourings other than natural and MSG is minimal to undetectable. The in house spring roll (one is enough) is outstanding as to is their Dim Sum (referred to as Ravioli) which I consider exceptional. Main courses include the classics, which look a little different to the UK presentations due to there being no colourings. Fish dishes are available daily, and all vegetables are locally supplied from the Rimini market about 200m away. There is also a good selection of wines beers of local supply. As the Italian taste is not so keen on onions in the main course wok cooking, for Brits you can ask for onions to be added. (cipolla prenounced chipollla) Also the Italians like to eat their rice before the main course is served, so remember to ask for insieme all together. Location is on a side street off via Dante Alighieri, (pedestrian zone) and via Pani is accross the road from the produce market side entrance. I am sure you will not be disappointed!"
