Siamo capitati per caso in un viaggio al Monastero di San Alberto di Butrio. Una normale giornata invernale, abbiamo servito un mix di deliziosi antipasti, risotto con funghi salati, tagliatelle con porcini, ravioli con brasati, tutto impeccabile. Prezzo di valore imbarazzantemente grande.
