"We booked a table for 18 people for a friend 's birthday. Our table was booked for 7pm. We had pre ordered. The food was not served until 9.30. During that time we were not once asked if we wanted a drink and did not have a waitor approach our table. When the food finally came out it came out staggered and wrong. Most of the food was cold. My food was missing. I told the manager and he said 'do you want me to ask the chef to make it or do you just want to leave it? ' We tried to speak to management about the issues however they had a 'tough luck ' attitude. They refused to offer any form of apology. They were rude even argumentative. The food was average the service was absolutely SHOCKING. There are fat better places to eat in Horwich. I would swerve this place at all costs."

First time at this restaurant since it moved. Very impressed with food and service. Menu has good choices. All food arrived hot and was of good quality. The portion sizes were also good value for money. Based on our experience would certainly recomend.

During our dining experience, we encountered a dog roaming freely under the tables. The dog's owner was not responsive to our concerns and the staff did not seem very attentive when we raised the issue. This made our group of seven ladies feel very uncomfortable and intimidated.
