"We had a very poor experience here for lunch, incredibly bad service, one of our party waited 15mins after the other 3 for her main and was then brought a stone cold dish. We tried to order desserts but couldn't get anyone to take an order so eventually gave up! One child at the table was given an activity sheet 30mins after we sat down but nothing for the other child."
