I visited this restaurant with a few friends on a Thursday evening. The food was high-quality pub fare, featuring some intriguing options on the menu. The service was both prompt and friendly. Overall, it was a very pleasant evening.

I had a fantastic meal, as always! Our server, a lovely young lady named Sara, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. She was cheerful, accommodating, and greeted us with a big smile. It was a pleasure to be at The Royal George. Looking forward to seeing you again soon!

We had a lovely meal at the royal George this evening. The food was really delicious and arrived promptly. The staff were really amazing, and hard working, especially Hannah Restall who we are always happy to see. Nothing is ever too much for her and she is always cheerful and smiling. I would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. I ordered the mac and cheese along with a garlic disc, while my companion had sausages and mash. We also shared profiteroles and two Diet Cokes. All of this was part of the under £12 lunch menu, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The staff was incredibly friendly as well!

Good service, staff are helpful and informative about the menu, prices are acceptable and the food is very good! Not always the best at getting a steak medium rare, but this boils down to whoever has cooked it more than the establishment itself. Good selection of drinks, including cocktails, local IPA's and your favourite beers amongst many more!

I couldn't find anything to criticize! The food was incredibly good value. The lasagna was absolutely delightful, and the gammon was cooked to perfection and very tender. The service was impressively quick for a Friday night. The staff were courteous and friendly, especially Michael! There was a great selection of drinks with some excellent deals. I will definitely be returning soon!

Shared a lovely meal with one of my dearest friends last Wednesday on the 15th . The Hunters Chicken was beautiful lovely and moist. The chips were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. My dessert was a Biscoff Cheesecake And Squirty Cream which was lovely too. I took a photo of my main this time and also the previous main course from another visit. This was Chick N Mix which consisted of 2 Chicken Schnitzels, Onion Rings And Fries plus A Sweet Chilli Dip. But I didn't get a photo of my dessert as I was enjoying it too much. I had the same dessert both times. The staff were really friendly and attentive great customer service. Lovely atmosphere to relax too.
