"We as a family and friends (prior to Covid) have had many meals and special times at the Ruby and have never had a poor experience [except for the spare ribs selection playing spot the meat]. Usually good food and cheerful service. Having the overwhelming...urge I yearned for a Ruby. The urge was so great we decided to try the Ruby takeaway. Well Ruby what are you playing at? We spent over £35 on a selection (except for the spare ribs as we knew they would be pants). How wrong we were. The entire selection of food was awful. The Yuk Sung was anemic, Satay Chicken dry and shriveled, Beef and Cashew nuts (in tar) was inedible , Chicken and ginger and spring onions. The chicken tasted and felt synthetic, Crispy Seaweed was simply wet cabbage. The only part of the meal that was acceptable was the rice (and Prawn Crackers and we didn't even order the crackers). The food was NOTHING like the food we have enjoyed withing the restaurant. Ruby you are doing something different and WRONG for your long term business and customer retention. You only score 1 star only for the fact there is no zero."

Hadn't been since they don't do all you can eat. They do an A la Carte menu, prices were reasonable, and it was a really lovely meal. Will Definitely be returning.

more excellent place to go especially for gruop parties. they have a great set that allows them to get a mix of dressed so that everyone can have a taste of everything, eating is nice and service is prompt!

they just come back from a birthday meal and I wanted to say what a really nice host we had tonight. I'd imagine this man was the owner. he was so warm and friendly and thorough our night made! really enjoyable evening thanks!

This place is amazing the food is out of this world, well priced and the portions are massive. the staff made us very welcome and were great all night. i can not wait to find an excuse to go back to Leamington Spa just to...go here again

Came here on a whim and certainly didn’t regret it! This is probably one of the Chinese I’ve ever had (not just in Leamington It’s also brilliant for vegetarians with lots of fake chicken options which I loved. Staff are also lovely. 10/10 would recommend!

Me and my husband decided to get a takeaway on a cold May in UK, and best decision ever! The food was delicious, the crispy shredded beef was my favourite. The set Meal C, comes with a variety of options and excellent value for money...for two people. We will definitely be buying again.

We have been to The Ruby pre Covid as it’s a central location for all the family to come together, the food was just as good as the previous visit and the staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring that we had everything which we needed....We were too busy eating to take pictures and even came home with a take away box due to the generous portion sizes. We all have two courses and drinks the price point is very reasonable and we will most definitely be returning. Many thanks to all the staff

best all you can eat ever!. this is a wonderful restaurant and the most beautiful thing you can eat, restaurant I was also (together with its sister restaurant in worcester). in contrast to normal everything they can eat, this gives them a menu and cooks to order their food. there is no limit to the amount they can order, but they must do it in phase, so they do not waste the food excellent value for money and excellent eating. the lemon and honighühner is the most beautiful thing I've ever eaten.
