An amazing selection of fresh cakes and pastries. Good value for money. Item’s well presented and packaged. We had apple danishes and they were excellent.

Having read the reviews about amazing gf bread and cakes we popped in and were bitterly disappointed to be told ‘we don’t do that here’. GF friends take note.

Products good at Bovey Ryders but ladies some of you need to be more welcoming towards your customers. We shop there regularly and feel that it’s not a happy place, is it? Learn from other shops in the town, some great examples.

We were leaving Golden Sands and decided on Breakfast Baps to sort us out. We had a Bacon Bap, Bacon Egg Bap and mine was my go to Bacon, Briè and Cranberry toasti It was probate best I 've ever had. Don 't think about it Get in there. Thank you guys.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of sandwiches, cakes, and hot dishes. The staff is friendly and provides quick service. I enjoyed a delicious roast vegetable sandwich, while my partner ordered loaded fries with steak, both of which were excellent. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.

During our holiday stroll, we stumbled upon the Bakery between rain showers. We bought two cream slices and two hot chocolates. The staff was friendly and talkative. The pastries were delightful and the hot chocolate was rich. We enjoyed our treats on the benches outside, which were clean and tidy. It was a very enjoyable break.

The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly, even when they are very busy. I tried the bacon and brie sandwich, which was made with thick slices of bread, bacon, and brie in a doorstop style and served with a fresh salad. The prices were reasonable. I regret not ordering a cake from their great selection, but I'll have to save that for next time.

I bought several items from Ryders bakery at the Warren today. I returned to my car to find it wouldn't start and had to call the RAC. During a very long wait and having taken up a parking space outside bakery for hours, the staff were not only very understanding, but also brought out a coffee for me while I waited. Really kind! So grateful to these hard working and super nice staff.

Year on Year this has been a regular haunt and always provided great products, and a great service, alas this week it has all changed. Yesterday (Monday) whilst supplementary questions at the time of ordering (such as would you like sauce on your breakfast baguette) were asked on arrival back at the holiday accommodation multiple items were missing. Having just completed a long walk, I returned this morning to explain this, and also place today’s order. Despite just one other small group in the shop and no queue I was informed I would need to come back later at the bakery was too busy. My comment “ we aren’t doing too well given the partial order received yesterday ” was met with the request...
