"Reception was very nice! Room spacious and clean! In the evening in the bar before the night dinner 1 service specialist for all guests, long waiting times with us it was not possible (6 people) to take a joint apero together. During the booking, gluten and lactose allergies as well as the menu selection were specified, which we had to pay in writing on arrival and the allergies listed explicitly again, the gluten-free bread had to be ordered as breakfast especially. (time 20 minutes) The staff was not informed that the special bread had to be asked at breakfast, was the head of the buffet and also gave the answer first to see if it has gluten-free bread. I wouldn't say anything if it wasn't reported 2x in advance. The bread is frozen (usually with gluten-free bread it came every time hot in plastic packed at the table. During breakfast, the bread was so sticky when I took the bread from the hot plastic bag with my fingers, which I had to eat with knives and forks. What annoyed me at MEISTEN, my husband and my friends were already ready with the appetizers and also the breakfast was already finished to a large extent until my bread was delivered. They are already punished enough to live with such allergies and in a 4-star hotel where it was reported 2x in writing and then in plastic hot and sticky, does not speak for hospitality. When I was home, I wrote an email and expressed my concern about allergies. It's a pity that you haven't received any feedback after 8 days. So let me write these lines on this platform!"

The room and the location was really great. Breakfast is very versatile and delicious.Leider was not very friendly at the reception, which left me a bad impression.The two pools should have been warmer for my taste.

A great hotel to relax and enjoy.Rooms: tastefully equipped.Walkability: Everything was good to reach, but for wheelchair users there were some difficulties. Food drinks: Excellent cuisine, all tasty and freshly prepared.

The hotel is superb and offers beautiful rooms and facilities (interexter pool, spa, sauna, steam room) The reception is local to not say rustre. The (cosmopolitan) service is correct. The restaurant is medium, the breakfast buffet is well provided. We don't speak French, just English. We regret the lack of effort in this sense, even menu cards are in a single language.

A very spacious hotel with huge areas, all very clean and well maintained. Food was good, but unfortunately not excellent. Bad we found that there was no way to get fresh towels in the wellness area and that our visit to the fitness room was closed. The staff was very nice and endeavored, but we had the feeling that there is a lack of personnel here too. But there is better and for a foursome it is too little.

On the way, I must say that I was not in the hotel and did not claim any services. The hotel happened to me when I went over the Saigerhöhen. The hotel is wonderfully located near the beautiful forest. Just a few steps and you are surrounded by a beautiful spruce and fir forest. From here you can start a great hiking tour without any problems. If my time is allowed, I will also test and evaluate the hotel from the inside

We were greeted very warmly and everything worked wonderfully even when booking. Then there was a welcome drink first. We had a double room deluxe with a fantastic view. I had booked the romance package with roses, prosecco and chocolates. Very recommended.The new spa part with the indoor pool is extremely beautiful. Unfortunately it was a bit too hot in the room. We were then in the other part at the outdoor pool because it was more pleasant there with the temperatures.The sauna area is unfortunately old, not modern and we did not find beautiful.
