"To start, the tables of one or two people located in the wide part of the dining room are so glued to the rest of tables that you find out about the entire conversation of those next door without having to talk very loud, a bit overwhelming and I don't know how the waiters can work well through the area. As for the service, very fast and efficient. Maybe too fast as regards the food, which is why the dishes were not especially good. The fresh foie toasts were hot outside but cold inside.I pray with the vegetables in tempera with rhomescu sauce, as they are not bounced as indicated in the letter, if not it is bounced orly. Nothing to see one thing with the other. As for the burrata salad, curiously it was the last thing they brought despite being the only cold dish. the quality was acceptable but tomato pieces were too large cut, it would be much better if the tomato was cut to sheets.
