"LAST TIME ordering from this place! Its the second time we waited for over 2 hours (website confirms 1 hour) And twice they delivered our order wrong! The UNPROFESSIONALISM is just sad! The lady on the phone was kind and actually tried to help track our order but the kitchen crew as well as THE MANAGER sounded completely lost or didnt care! After 3 hours we received our order and we were really starving!! THE MANAGER delivered and when he was downstairs, he was screaming throughout our block asking us for the floor! It was 22.45 when he came! And we put the floor on the order!! When he arrived our floor not even sorry, we said we were waiting for over 3 hours and still no sorry but what he said is I am the manager i am delivering it personally to you. Like that was a favor! Yea if you are the manager you do everthing to keep the store running! Few months ago I made a good review of the food but the quality of the food is just getting bad. Our sushis had sooo much rice! Didnt even wanted to eat it! I had to remove rice after every bite! If a sushi restaurant cant even make the ratio of rice to fish then thats definately the last time!!"

the delivery has taken 2.5h, although I live only 10min away. After two hours, I had to call where to eat. sushi was delicious, but mist suppe was logically already cold.

Lieferung ging über 2 h 1h laut Bestellbestätigung) Anrufen brachte nicht viel da in ein Callcenter geleitet. Wir warten nun seit bald 3 Stunden auf das Essen und es ist noch immer nicht da. Haben um 18.00 uhr bestellt und jetzt ist bald 21.00 uhr. Das Telefon nimmt auch niemand ab haben schon über 10 mal angerufen, und jedes mal kommt es seien alle Mitarbeiter im Gespräch. Definitiv das erste und letzte mal bestellt. UPDATE: Restaurant ist nun offiziell geschlossen, Telefon gar nicht mehr besetzt. Das essen kam nach 3.5 stunden welches wir nicht mehr angenommen haben, da wir jetzt selber gekocht haben. Der Lieferant konnte nur englisch, sehr unprofessionell. Werden Morgen das Geld zurück fordern, geht gar nicht!
