"One of my favourite hotels in the world, probably because it is family owned and not part of some faceless chain. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, and the standards of décor and maintainance first class. I'd like bathtubs, but they only have showers, however the shower cubicles are large and luxurious and the water hot and plentiful. The staff are some of the best I have ever come across (although there is no help with carrying bags up the spiral staircase). I love the original oil paintings hung everywhere, and the design of the public rooms. Small, quirky, lounges break up the corridors in the hotel, and people donate books to a collection of guest's reading. The restaurant menu is superb, although it could do with changing a little more often, and this year has slightly less choice than in previous years. Regional and seasonal dishes make up the bulk of the menu, the ingredients used are mostly local, fresh, and first class. In the afternoons there is a tea-and-cakes menu and the gateau are original and different every day. You won't find better anywhere. Breakfast is superb, and a bargain at 5 euros. Wireless internet is a bit shaky sometimes, brilliant at others, although they have fitted wired internet in the newer rooms and this is breathtakingly fast. The nominal fee for internet access is rarely actually charged. I would thoroughly recommend this place for business or private use, you will not be disappointed."

"Auch hier: Unterm Strich eine tolle Pizzeria. Die durchaus schlechten Kritiken wegen des Services kann ich zuminderst nicht verstehen. War bei uns absolut vorbildlich. Ggf kommt der eine oder andere mit dem Humor nicht zurecht? Wiegesagt wir hatten hier nix zu meckern. Es gab Pizza und Pasta. Beides absolut OK. Einziger Knackpunkt: 3€ Aufpreis für Mozarella? Was ist den sonst drauf? Analogkäse? Das fand ich jetzt doch etwas seltsam. Ansonsten echt absolut guter Italiener. Komm ich gern wieder!"

In no time were the drinks at the table. The food was very close to the table. Quality from the food was to be called tasty and good. "Taste, quantity and delivery speed are perfectly fine for a delivery service. The price is also reasonable. There are problems with complaints and the reprocessing. A lot is promised here, but not much. It is particularly bad that the delivery service Deliveryando promises to find a solution, but then does not care. There was a double order via PayPal (delivery) and a cash payment. Canceled by phone and the delivery was paid at the door. Unfortunately, the delivery service no longer remembers it and does not release the refund via PayPal. Despite multiple phone calls with the company and also Deliveryando, there was no pleasant solution. For us, the delivery service is no longer an option."
