The famous mango shell egg deceives Sandyan’s eye, tasted very close to the Japanese garden in Toulouse. Served with a crunchy frog with dried fruit, I liked this original pastry, light and not too sweet. Je connais ce lieu depuis son ouverture. Les pâtisseries ont des prix assez élevés mais sont bien élaborées et bonnes. Il peut arrivé qu'un jour c'est un peu ci un peu ça: trop sucrée , pas assez de fruit, de chocolats, trop sec, trop mou etc... cela ne peut être 100% parfait comme nous le voudrions. C'est une question de gout. Serveuses aimables et professionnelles. Ca serait bien sympa d'avoir un tablier .C'est plus PRO ; Manque un peu de nettoyage. Garder le sourire. C'est toujours positive et PRO ; Dans l'ensemble je suis satisfaite.
