Great beer garden, stylish restaurant, superior service. The chef comes to the table and serves the food. Very child-friendly. The food provides a true taste explosion. The morning begins with an excellent breakfast overlooking the Schlosshof. This is followed by a cozy walk around the green (or snow-white) hills that surround the idyllic Hopferau. In the afternoon you will find a trip to Neuschwanstein, Füssen or to the Hopfensee. In the evening you will first enjoy a high-level dinner at the Schloss-Restaurant and complete your holiday day with a bottle of wine in the rustic Burgwache. Alternatively you can visit the very good restaurant (Hirsch) in the village or the lively brewery in the neighboring village (Mariahilf). We celebrated our wedding in the castle of Hopferau a few days ago and we and all our guests were completely delighted. The planning in advance was very personal, all our wishes were addressed individually. The wedding day itself was perfect. It was all great organized, the service super sweet and attentive. Starting with the champagne reception with Flying Buffet (the Kässpatzen and the Knödltrio were mega! over coffee/kitchen and dinner until the nightly sounding in the Burgwache we were perfectly supplied.
